| winemaking | Grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness, followed by cryomaceration (cold maceration on the skins) at 7-8°C for 8-10 hours. After soft pressing, fermentation occurs at 16-17°C for 15 days. The wine is aged in stainless steel tanks on its own yeasts until the following spring, at low temperatures (8-10°C). Bottled in May. |

On the palate, it is warm, round, fresh, harmonious, and soft, with a persistent finish of apricot and tropical fruits.
